DBS Hololens 2 Exploratory Project

As a customer engagement initiative for DBS car loans, Hiverlab partnered with M1 to bring this Mixed Reality (MR) car showroom as an exploratory project for DBS.

Using Hololens 2 - the newest immersive technology headset in the market, this virtual showroom replicates the customer experience of purchasing a vehicle without the need for large space or heavy logistics to import vehicles.

The advantage of this Storyhive VR programme is that it allows the trainers to communicate with a relatively large class and for the students to interact with one another, which is very difficult in a real-life dive situation. In this particular context, we can train a large number of people, not necessarily just employees, at the same time, yet maintain a level of interaction in instruction that cannot be achieved underwater.
