Distant Imagery, a team focusing on 4th generation communication and data collection and analysis tools, worked with the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi, UAE, and created 3 episodes of 360-degree video projects on Storyhive, to showcase the beautiful nature scenes of UAE. Places showcased include Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Al Wathba Wetland Reserve, and Hatta Mountain Reserve. Multi-user VR presentations powered by Storyhive were conducted at the Ramsar Cop & World Data Forum in UAE.

Through the Planet Water Project


Through the Planet Water Project, a group of volunteers from international water services company, Xylem, constructed a water tower providing clean fresh drinking water access for the whole community in a rural village in Cambodia.


National Museum Of Singapore International VR Content Showcase

A series of Virtual Reality (VR) experiences took centre stage at the National Museum of Singapore for the first time in December 2017. The Virtual Reality Showcase as part of DigiMuse, a larger digital initiative by the National Museum, invited visitors to discover the best of VR creations of different genres from around the world.

Tower Club Walk Through with American Express


In collaboration with GoDigital Inc, Hiverlab produced a 360-degree walk-through of the prestigious Tower Club for American Express. To achieve stable moving 360-degree shots, Hiverlab used its proprietary moving vehicle solution. Motion graphics are integrated into the video to create a more dynamic environment.


B/S/H Home Connect

Hiverlab produced a 360-degree video and enhanced it with interesting infographics to highlight BSHG’s futuristic smart home solutions in an innovative way. The video was launched at the BSHG’s 4 ASEAN markets event in August 2018 where the target audience were developers and architecture firms. Storyhive system was used for multi-user VR screening.

Bombardier 3D MRT Train Visualization


We produced a 3D VR video for engineering company Bombardier, who is supplying 66 new trains for the North-South, East-West MRT lines of Singapore. It allows the audience to visualize the upcoming transportation system of Singapore after the completion of the asset renewal programme.


Panduit: Regional VR Marketing Campaign

Panduit lauched a couple of VR experiences on our Storyhive platform to showcase their products, for their regional VR marketing campaign across 6 countries in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines) during Cisco Connect 2019. Panduit made use of the latest functions on Storyhive, which allows them to put their products' links in the project description section.

Hiverlab has been working with Discovery Networks


Since 2016, Hiverlab has been working with Discovery Networks APAC and Discovery VR to create a series of 360-degree documentaries. Our recent series, Abandoned, gives the audience an eye-opening experience by bringing them back to time in Hashima, Japan, and Tuol Sleng, Cambodia, to witness the heart-breaking history.

Hiverlab, in collaboration with Burning Bush Films, had been involved in producing two energetic projects for Toyota!

For the Toyota Hilux VR Experience, join two professional downhill mountain bikers in their exciting adventure to Mt. Pinatubo of the Philippines where there is no one out there for miles, and travel in the trusty Toyota Hilux across the depopulated zone with extremely tough terrains.

Ascott Orchard Interactive VR application


Ascott Orchard Singapore offers stylish city living with the convenience of the bustle of Orchard Road and the comfort and security of a private apartment lifestyle. In this VR experience, Interactive icons can be found throughout the tour and to interact with them simply center the icon in the cursor to activate it. This experience was also loaded into the Storyhive system, for users to do presentation in the virtual environment, and communicate.


Hitcheed Worked With Their Hotel

Hitcheed worked with their hotel partners and showcased the wedding ball rooms of various hotels through 360-degree photo based virtual tours on Storyhive. Couples can now virtually visit different hotels and decide their preferred wedding venues on Storyhive.

A VR Tour Of Huawei Singapore


In collaboration with Huawei Singapore, Hiverlab produced an immersive virtual tour which features Huawei’s state-of-the-art facilities. The VR tour was showcased via Hiverlab's Storyhive system to the guests at a major event, when Huawei announced strategic partnerships with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Keppel Data Centres, and Ascent Solutions through the signing of two Memorandums of Intent (MOI) and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), cementing Huawei and its partners’ commitment towards Singapore’s Digital Economy future for a Smart Nation.

Salam SG - Silicon Plus


Partnering with Silicon+ Communications, Hiverlab created Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore otherwise known as MUIS at The Salam Singapore Community Festival 2018. Visitors can use an app to scan eight AR panels installed at the event space and gain valuable insights on the Muslim's culture. Interesting facts, trivia and infographics are woven into the AR content.

In collaboration with Chinese Calligraphy


In collaboration with Chinese Calligraphy artist Malik Mazlan, Hiverlab provides Virtual Reality Chinese calligraphy live performance set ups (based on Visual Artist Cecilia Zhu and Edmund Loh's work), as well as Storyhive Chinese calligraphy virtual tours for school programs, corporate workshops, and community events. These projects has been showcased at Paragon, Ngee Ann City, SkillsFuture Singapore, Republic Polytechnic, Esplanade, etc.


Collaborated with Singapore Tourism Board

We have collaborated with Singapore Tourism Board on a couple of projects.
The first one is an interactive virtual tour app for Singapore: Inside Out (London).
The second one is a series of 360-degree videos at Orchard Road Christmas Wonderland and Zoukout.
We also did a sharing session at STB to share some of the latest trends we see in VR AR and tourism.
