OCBC Smart Future Data Visualisation
In collaboration with OCBC Campus, Hiverlab produced two VR work for OCBC Smart Future Learning Festival 2019.
The first one is an intangible digital twin immersive data visualization project. We extracted the scattered data from an information-loaded 300-page SkillsFuture PDF report based on the research conducted by Monetary Authority of Singapore, Institute of Banking and Finance, and Ernst & Young Global, and developed an interactive and intuitive VR data visualization solution to assist HR department in learning and development.
The second one is an immersive 360-degree video which teleports the audience into a futuristic workplace. With the help of cool motion graphics, the audience can get an exciting sneak peak of how a futuristic OCBC office runs.

The advantage of this Storyhive VR programme is that it allows the trainers to communicate with a relatively large class and for the students to interact with one another, which is very difficult in a real-life dive situation. In this particular context, we can train a large number of people, not necessarily just employees, at the same time, yet maintain a level of interaction in instruction that cannot be achieved underwater. The demonstration of the VR prototype has been positive.
