Project Background

HP Indigo Division partnered with Hiverlab to implement a spatial digital twin platform, revolutionizing their manufacturing operations. Enhancing sustainability and ultimately boosting efficiency and collaboration across HP's business units.

Challenges

  • Efficiently manage data concerning ink production in their manufacturing plant
  • Needed a centralized system to track materials wastage, power consumption, carbon footprint analysis, and machine processes.

Solution

To efficiently manage data concerning ink production in their manufacturing plant and address the need for a centralized system to track materials wastage, power consumption, carbon footprint analysis, and machine processes, we worked with HP to implement Spatialwork, our spatial digital twin platform which combines various technologies.

Marrying the physical and the digital, Spatialwork brings new intelligence and insights to HP’s factory operations. Three mission-critical systems including the Operations System and Production System are integrated, and Hiverlab’s proprietary AI program is in place to monitor equipments' energy consumption and the overall waste in the manufacturing plant. Such implementation has broken down the silos of software systems as well as forged the collaborations across different business units in HP
